On July 5, 2013, Former presidentof West Coast University, the Senior Consultant for Transportation Sciences Corporation and GRAVWAVE？ LLC, Dr. Robert Baker paid a visit to SIOM and made academic exchanges with researchers and students.

During his visit, Dr. Robert Baker gave two talks entitled by “The Utilization of High-Frequency Gravitational Waves for Global Communications” and “Scientific Revelation: Changing Spacetime Artificially”. More than 20 researchers of SIOM attended the seminar. After his presentation, Dr. Robert Baker visited State Key Laboratory of High Field Laser Physics.
